Requirements for special equipment vary depending on its condition:
New special equipment, without mileage or use: No restrictions on the country of manufacture. Used special equipment with mileage or use, but not older than 2 years at the time of pledge acceptance: Country of manufacture: South Korea, Germany, Japan, USA, Canada, CIS countries (except the Russian Federation).
