To confirm the right to access the lounge, a minimum balance of 1 dollar is required. This amount is temporarily blocked and immediately returned to the card after confirmation.
CIP Lounge Access Rules
• Free access to the CIP lounge is provided only for flights departing from Astana
• Each visit is recorded at the lounge registration desk. To gain access, purchases totaling at least 150,000 KZT must be made within the first 30 days of the 35-day period prior to the visit using the Mastercard Business Preferred card registered at the lounge entrance.
• If the Mastercard card was opened within the last 35 days, 1 welcome access is available.
• Free access is granted only to the cardholder. Accompanying guests and children may visit the CIP lounge by paying the airport’s tariff.
• CIP lounge guests are provided with snacks and beverages; the lounge offers Wi-Fi, a children's play area, and a smoking zone.
• Access to the CIP lounge using someone else’s card is prohibited.
• If multiple premium Mastercard cards are held, only one card is considered per visit.
