Concierge service is a team of assistants available 24/7 to fulfill client requests.
This service is free for Visa Platinum Business cardholders.
Clients only pay for goods, works, and services ordered through the concierge service.

How to use?

To use the service, the client needs to:

1. Go to the Visa Concierge chatbot
2. Click the Visa for business button
3. Enter the first 6 digits of the card number
4. After card validation, the concierge service and access to special offers become available, or scan the QR code:

For Visa Platinum Business cardholders, the following is available:

• Free access to over 1200 DragonPass business lounges worldwide – 2 times per calendar year.
  
  Free baggage wrapping at airports in Astana and Almaty – 2 times per year
  Information on the location of each lounge is available in the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) mobile app
  Accompanying persons are charged at a rate of $32 per person ∙ 3rd and subsequent visits – $32

How to use?

Option 1:

1. Download the Visa Airport Companion app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
2. Register in the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) app
   3.Find the business lounge you want to access and click “Enter.” 4.Click the “Membership” button to obtain digital access for entry into the business lounge. To access the business lounge, you need to scan the QR code at the registration desk at the entrance. Present the QR code of your digital access to the business lounge staff.

Option 2:

1. Go to the Visa Concierge chatbot and click the “Lounge” button in the main menu
2. Check service availability for the added cards
3. Click “Get digital membership card” to receive access
   4.Present the QR code to the business lounge staff. The QR code is valid for 24 hours from the moment of generation.

During the calendar year, the service will be available to premium Visa cardholders: Visa Platinum Business – 2 times per year

How to use?

• Complete check-in, then proceed through passport control and security screening at Terminal 1 of Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport.
• Approach the VIP lounge desk, located to the left after passing passport control and security screening.
• Present your premium Visa Platinum Business, Visa Signature, or Visa Infinite card to the staff and inform them that you wish to use the service.
• After presenting your card, it will be verified for free access availability using a validation terminal. If the card is active and free entries are available, the desk staff will provide the service free of charge.

Now you have one less thing to worry about before your flight! Show your card at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport in Astana and at Almaty International Airport to receive a free suitcase wrapping service. For holders of premium business cards Visa Platinum Business, the service is available twice a year.

To have your luggage wrapped for free, you need to:

Approach the luggage wrapping counter and inform the staff that you wish to use the service:

• At Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport, the counter is located on the first floor, to the left of the main entrance, in Terminal 1.
• At Almaty International Airport, the counter is located in the International Terminal.
  

Present your premium card Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, Visa Platinum Business, or Visa Signature Business to the staff.
The staff will verify the card’s eligibility for the free wrapping service using a validation terminal. If the card is active and free wrapping services are available, the staff will provide the service free of charge. If not, payment will be requested.

How to use the offer:

When booking the service, select your card category, and the discount will be applied automatically at the time of payment.

Terms of the offer:

• The service must be booked no later than 72 hours before the start of your trip.
• The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.
• If changes are made to the booked service during its execution, YQVG agents at the airport may require payment of additional fees.
• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the service is provided, no refund will be issued.

Travel hands-free! Leave your suitcases at the baggage storage service in the international terminal of Almaty Airport and enjoy the freedom of movement. The service is available for Visa Platinum Business cardholders - 2 times per year.

How to free your hands from suitcases?

• You need to go to the baggage storage service counter in the international terminal (1st floor, left side of the building);
• Inform the staff that you want to use the service;
• Then present your premium Visa card to the airport staff;
• Wait for the staff to verify the card’s eligibility for the service using the validator. Each validation entitles you to free baggage storage for 24 hours;
